These terms apply to LevViznitz SMS communications for members and contacts who choose to opt in.

Program description

LevViznitz may send SMS messages about community updates, event reminders, announcements, scheduling notices, and member communications.

Opt-in consent

• By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from LevViznitz.
• Members opt in by providing their mobile number directly to LevViznitz through an approved sign-up form, member registration process, or direct request to receive SMS updates.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of membership.

Message frequency and charges

• Message frequency varies and is typically a few messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• You may request help at any time by replying HELP.
